About BWIT
Birmingham Women in Technology provides regular monthly programming for women working in technology, including opportunities for mentoring, education, and career development.
BWIT’s Mission: To increase, retain, and ensure representation of Women+ in tech and tech leadership roles in our community. To support community and state initiatives to increase the number of Women+ in technology, support diversity and inclusion goals, and attract companies to invest in our community.
Our Vision: Advocate for, empower, and provide guidance to Women+ pursuing and navigating technology careers by providing access to programs, events, education, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Provide opportunities for Women to support other Women with our mission.

BWIT is thrilled to partner with Momentum Leaders to offer free mentorship opportunities to its community, in support of our community efforts to increase the pipeline of women IT Professionals and Leaders.
